Is it normal for your milk to smell gross sometimes? The past 2 nights it's smelt almost like BO, or a garlic type smell that's really quite yuck. Is that okay??

Have you been eating garlic? Unless you have reason to think you have an infection like mastitis (pain, redness, flu like symptoms) then it is probably just the food or drink you're consuming being excreted into the milk. Does the baby seem put off by the smell? If bubs is still drinking fine & you feel fine, I wouldn't worry too much about it. I myself can't eat very much garlic, onion or anything pungent as ds refuses to nurse if I do. Hope this helped.

it's probably from your diet. Is your baby taking it fine?
