Breat feeding is going pretty good but for some reason today everytime I raise my right arm I get this awful pain in my breast have any of you all had this problem?

It could be a clogged duct. Try to rub where it hurts and ice it, sometimes it might feel like a little lump where it is clogged. If it gets worse let your doctor know, or if you get a fever. You can take tylenol too. Good luck, glad it is going well for you!

This is a grandma remedy, but it worked for me: a compress of warm (not too warm) water and vinegar on your painful breast. Then massage a bit, and pump if possible.

Thanks so much It is doing much better now I pumped just once and it must have unclogged it and it does not hurt anymore.
