Period All Out Of Wack After Stopped Breastfeeding

I was hoping someone else was in this situation. I have an 11 month old and stopped breastfeeding her 2 months ago. My period has returned but I do not have any signs of ovulation. My husband and I are trying for another baby and this is frustrating. Hope someone can give some insight. Thanks in advance!

Have you tried opk's? My cycle changed (got much shorter) after bf'ing my lo. You may just not know when to look for the signs,

I did try opk's and I got a negative response the whole cycle. According to all the websites out there and believe me I read them I should have ovulated on cd 19. I drink alot of water. I was just wandering if anyone else had this happen. I think I am going to start charting.
