Question On Breastfeeding....

im still deciding on if i should breastfeed or not, but what i needed to know is how long do you need to continue breastfeeding??

Doctors told me that 6 weeks was minimum but no longer than 12 months. It is really up to you though. I breast fed until 6 or 7 months with all of my boys. I only stopped because they refused to eat anything besides breast milk. It is a very positive experience for both you and your baby. I can't describe the feeling you get. It is wonderful. Good luck with whatever you decide.
