I recently gave birth a couple of days ago and was told that my baby was a stillbirth. I was wondering when or how can my body stop producing milk for a baby that I don't have now?

A really tight sports bra can help too. Also try cold cabbage leaves. I don't know why but they help too. Either way you are in for an uncomfortable week or so. I am so sorry to hear about your loss.
