3rd C Section Last One Was 12/2008

I have some questions...
I had my 1st child via c-section 5/2002 bikini cut incision....
2nd child i had 7 yrs later 12/2008 also c-section, same incision type, except it was found that my old scar had opened at some point and i had a very large uterine window showing.
fast forward to today... i am most likely 4-5 mths pregnant, my little one is 11 months old. I am terrified of the possible medical complications that could arise now. i am probably due sometime in march-april of 2010.
has anyone had back to back pregnancies and c-section deliveries like me and what was it like for you?
