I just gave birth to my second child by c-section 4 weeks ago. I'm breastfeeding exclusively. My husband and I got the ok to resume intercourse, and we got a little carried away and didn't use any protection. I'm now scared out of my wits that I'm pregnant again! I know it's rare to get pregnant while breastfeeding, but if I WAS to get pregnant again, would the fact that it's only been a month be dangerous to me because of the section? Sorry if this question is a little long winded, it's 12:30, and I'm exhausted... Thanks..

I had a section almost three months ago and my doc told me at my six week check up that physically we could start trying for another right away. ( The baby died during birth)
