Does C-section Cause Hemmorroids???????????

I had c-section on 2-21-05 and 3 weeks after i've been having problem going to the bathroom . it hurts so much and i have bllod coming out when i wiped myself. has anyone have this problem.I was thinking if it could be hemmoroids?
