Hey ladies - just wondering if anyone else is having the same problems as me. 13 weeks ago I had a c section - and my bowl movements have yet to normalize! One day I'll be constipated and the next – have close to diarrhea. It’s so frustrating! I know it take awhile to “get back to normal” . Just thought it would be nice to know I’m not alone.

OMG! I am so glad I saw your post because I had the exact same thing happen to me! I was almost scared to leave the house because one minute I'd be fine, the next I was running to the bathroom with either diarrhea or unbearable constipation... very frustrating indeed! It's been a little over 3 months now since my C-section and my BMs are finally starting to get back to how they were before. I was wondering if I was the only one this happened to also. Glad to know I'm not! :-)

I still have that problem after 4 months. I only have the constipation, not the diarria. When I do go, it is only small amounts and not often enough. Prior to my c-section I would go 2-3 times a day and they were larger bowls. I sure hope this problem goes away. I have been eating right and taking fiber and my bowls are still not normal.
