I have a strange lump that I just noticed today (8 days postpartum) on my left side about 3 inches above the incision site. It doesn't really hurt when I apply pressure so I don't think it's anything deadly or anything lol but I am curious about it. Has anyone else experienced this?

I am going to be 2 month post. I am experiencing the same thing you are. Its not a hard lump and Im not in pain. Im just assuming its muscle or tissue that hasnt gone back to normal. I would just give it time and take it easy.

Start massaging- csectionrecoverykit.com has a massage guide and tries to educate women for self help, because you can work on yourself everyday to help prevent adhesions- lumps can become problems if unaddressed- please don't wait, gently work on yourself everyday.

I had same thing after my c section. After quite a while it went away. It's just your body scar tissue. Don't stress unless it's very painful. Recovery takes time so don't do too much if possible either.
