Hi ya'll!
I was scheduled a c section on July 23rd. But on my last appt ( n friday) my bp was high. 130/93.
It had been reading 127/72 right up till the end.
So we went for the appt, and the dr said we need to go over and have the c section today. We were shocked. I didnt have my bags with me or anything.
Hubby ran home to get our stuff, I went over and got my blood work and stuff done. I was scared and had some anxiety. I just didnt feel " ready"
but everything went fine. My beautiful baby girl was born @ 2:06 pm. She came out "kicking and screaming" when I heard her cry... It was the most amazing sound in the world to me. I couldnt wait to see her beautiful face. she was 8lbs 7 oz, 20 in long.
She has a little bit of hair. Its kinda dark blond.
We are working on the BF'ing thing. I had to supplement with one oz of formula after I feed her.
Dr's said to. My milk has not come in just yet.
I am also pumping some. But its not real "full" yet.
It is 5 days out, and I am still pretty sore.
It hurts on the right side of my incision more than my left. And its still hard to get out of bed. I am taking my pain meds.
