Multiple Cesareans

I am 13 weeks pregnant with my third child both previous children where born by cesarean. I look like I'm 18 weeks and my doctor commented that I am carrying this one quite high because of the previous cesarean's.
Why does previous cesarean's cause the baby to be high in the uterus?
