Tenderness 4 Months Post C-section

I had a cesarean March 29th of this year. Lately it has been getting really bruised-feeling and sore to the touch about an inch above the incision down to the incision area. It feels like someone has been kicking the crap out of the incision area. Anyone else experience this?
