Uterus Attached To Abdominal Wall?

So, I'm going to be having my 3rd c-sec Nov 4th and we have moved states a couple of time since my last c-sec in 03. My ob got the operative report from my last c-sec and at my appt yesterday seemed very concerned and now I'm scared to death. She said that during my 2nd c-sec that I had so many adhesions that they couldn't take out my uterus to check it as they usually would b/c it was attached to my abdominal wall.
I know that w/ my 2nd c-sec my dr did seem to have trouble getting to ds and he did mention that I had a lot of scar tissue, but he didn't say I couldn't have anymore. I know it's too late now, bc ds has to come out somehow :) but I just wanted to know if anyone else had been told this and had another c-sec? Even if you had complications, I would rather know what the risks are and even better if you were told this and everything went fine.
