Vaginal Delivery/C Section/ Precancerous Cells

If you had an abnormal Pap with severe precancerous cells, would it be smart to have a vaginal delivery? My Dr. says that a C section is not necessary, but she is also not the one with severe precancerous cells on her cervix. What if the cells spread throughout my body and become a danger to me?
