Good VBAC Dr.

I had my 1st son by c-section about 3 months ago. I'm am already thinking of #2, but want to try a VBAC. I know that finding a good / willing dr is a big part of being sucessful at a VBAC. Does anyone who's been thru this have suggestions as to things I should ask doctors before chosing a new one?

Find a Dr's office that has midwives and use one of the midwives.
