Problems After Sex

i had a c section 5 weeksa ago, stopped bleeding after 4 weeks and had sex for the first time a few days ago, since then i had been losing bright red blood (not loads) and when i got toilet and wipe myself there is what looks like little lumps of pink skin on the paper, is this normal??
