Right Side Pain 10mos After Repeat C-sec / Tubal

I am experiencing ride side pain 10 mos after a repeat c-section & tubal. It seems to radiate over to my hip area and down to front of my thigh. I'm not sure how to describe it. Its like a dull pain. I haven't had any menstrual cycles due to me still breast feeding. Not sure if I should call my ob/gyn. It really is starting to scare me that I may have a problem. Help? What should I do? I also seem to have alot of sensitivity in my incision area as well. This was my second c-section & I don't remember having this much trouble w/ the 1st. Could this have anything to do w/ my tubal? I also seem to notice an odor /slight light brown discharge as well.
