Road Traffic Accident And Breech Birth, Is There A Connection

My wife was eight months pregnant when she was invioved in a rta, one week before, baby was in normal position, after accident onset of labour and went to hospital and baby confirmed in breech position, contractions settled down and c-section performed two weeks later after failed attempt to turn baby. How can we prove connection through medical evidence?
