Unfortunately I my stomach hangs quiet a bit, even five years after a c-section and loosing twenty kilo. However, a friend who had a natural birth tells me she has a "smiley face" as she calls it because hers hangs so much it looks like her tummy is grinning.

I don't think it has anything to do with how you deliver, it's just the extra skin from pregnancy. I used a good girdle and I think that helped me a little.
