Hi there, Sounds like infection to me. Get a second opinion and get antibiotics. Hope you recover soon.

keep your incision clear, dry skin brush inner thighs, and tummy above scar line. Drink more water, and compress your belly. aloha

My incision got infected - I had my baby on Dec 3 and had similar symptoms to you - another test - does the incision area smell? (sorry - kind of a gross question). I would go to the ER and get on some antibiotics - plus they can tell you how to clean it using sterile products etc - I had to have my incision packed for 1 1/2 weeks by a nurse. The fever is a signal that it is for sure infected - this is what happened to me. You should not have burning and yellow drainage. You probably need antibiotics - taking tylenol will only mask the fever - not prevent the infection from getting worse - go to the ER - they should take care of you!
