Is it ok to drink caffeine while pregnant?

well i read up on about caffeine and they say its not really good for you has too much caffenie can cause problems i believe. I would try to drink like caff free drinks to be on the safe side and juice and water is really good for you to drink it helps bring the blood flow to the placenta.

More than 300Mgs of caffiene per day is considered a no no as it can cause m/c, defects, and other complications. Remember, chocolate, cocacola, tea all contain it too! ...by rule of thumb, a mug of coffee (or large cup) is about 100Mg, tea is 50Mg, cocacola is 40Mg, and hot choccy around 10Mg (or 50gram choccy bar about 50Mgs).....try to steer clear of it if you can, but as you can see , its in a lot of things :) I switched to decaf teabags and coffee) and just limit my hot choccys to 1 a day. Hope this helps!
