Food Aversions, Lost Appetite

Okay, up until this pregnancy (currently 4w4d) my life motto was "I'm Hungry!" but now lots of things are making me feel nauseous and I don't fee like eating. Meat completely grosses me out. I need some suggestions b/c I know I need to eat to be healthy for the baby and to have energy. Anything would be helpful. I'd rather be hungry than have this feeling!

Try things that aren't really greasy, like toasted subs (it's gotta be toasted to kill bacteria). I could alway stomach yogurt, even on days when I was feeling queasy and really cold grapes. If it was something cold, like fruit or icecream it was always easier for me to eat. Just eat what you can and don't worry too much lots of women don't eat perfectly healthy during the 1st trimester due to sickness.
