Is Appletizer Safe?

Hey everyone, I am pregnant with my 1st child and I am 10 weeks pregnant, I just wanted to check if drinking Appletizer was safe, due to it being fizzy I did not know if there was any reason to avoid it? Thank you

Sorry, i have never heard of it. If its natural without preservatives or artificial sweeteners, I wouldn't see how it could hurt having it occasionally.
