Only curious I just am still trying to get rid of pp baby weight 10 months later and I might be pregnant. Is it safe for the baby to try and lose weight while pregnant?

Depends on your doctor. My first doctor had a cow because I did not gain ANY weight with my baby. So after I had the baby I was 30 pounds light than when I got pregnant. I got a lecture every time I went in. But my baby was healthy. My problem was and still is, I get very sick. I do not gain weight when pregnant. I stay the same or lose weight. I changed doctors and this doctor doesn't care as long as I do eat, and do take care of myself and the baby remains healthy. Talk to your doctor. I know that some doctors will do restictive diets for very overweight patients. Good Luck!
