Junk Food While Trying To Get Pregnany

Hi i was wondering if a sort of bad diet while trying to get pregnant is bad. Like eating fast food, ice cream, candy a lot of carbs and etc. I wasnt sure if im trying if i should cut it all out?

When I told my doc I was ttc she told me it is very important to have a healthy diet. She said the best way to concieve is to treat your body as if you are already preggers.
