Please Help Me Gain Weight!

I am 5'3 and have never weighed over 95 pounds. I have never been able to gain any weight. I am down to 89 pounds with the pregnancy because I have been so sick all the time.

My doctor told me I need to gain 35-40 pounds to ensure a healty pregnancy for the baby. I have no idea on how to do that.

I am 9 weeks 2 days pregnant!

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
