I am pretty sure this is ok, but I just wanted some feedback before I eat anymore....I just ate about 30 cooked cocktail shrimp with cocktail sauce. I am 10 weeks pregnant with twins, please tell me that is not going to hurt the babies...I am pretty sure they are a good source of protein but I just wanted to make sure that I am not crazy...

As far as I've heard shrimp are ok to eat! I'm sure that you will and your twins will be fine :)

Shrimp are a great source of protein! As long as they are cooked and fresh or fresh frozen there is no reason to avoid them at all. Be careful of shrimp that have been at room temperature for too long, however as food poisoning is very difficult for your body to handle! Good luck with your babies!
