Spa While Pregnant

They say to stay away from anything that is hot like the sauna, hot tubs etc. b/c it can raise your temp which is dangerous for your baby.

I think you're supposed to be careful of an aromatherapy oils a masseuse may use, and make sure to let your masseuse know that you are pregnant.
