I had this for a while. It is hard to control until you think about how chubby your thighs will get if you indulge too much! The key is to load yourself up with the good things first (fruits, veggies, protein and water) and then top off with the carbs. It will help you from filling up on them. |

There's only a few foods that I'm able to eat...Carbs, fruit, and some veggies!! I could eat 3 bagels a day I swear! I know it's not good for my figure, and I don't eat that many but when your having troubles keeping food down and the only thing that you can eat is carbs...go for it! Try to have control, but what else can you do? Meat (all but beef, makes me ill thinking about it!!). Best of luck! |

I am the same way. I want pasta, toast, english muffins, baked potatoes. I'm almost 16w and I still have a hard time eating steak and chicken. If I don't have to look at the chicken, like if it's covered up it's ok. Isn't that wierd? |
