Can anyone tell me if it is safe to eat Philidelphia cheese ? It is pasturised but I have been given mixed views. Please help !

I hope so because I eat it almost every day. I read that we are sopose to stay away from soft cheeses but then I also herd that if it's store bought and pasturized then it's ok. I have never asked my dr about cream cheese, but she did say that cheese WIZ was ok.
