what will coca-cola do if that's the only drink that sooths your thirst

It's not good to drink to much coca-cola because of all the caffiene. Can you try to find the new caffiene free Coke that is out? I know they have caffiene free Pepsi... I don't mind the added calories because Im not over weight and I'm carrying pretty good but it's the caffiene.

Coca Cola is not good because of caffeine and aspartemine(sweetner spelt something like that) that you are not supposed to have when pregnant. I'm sure it would be ok to drink once in a while though.

I asked my Doc about this yeaterday, she said if Coke was the only caffine you are having in a day, that's fine. When you start adding several cups of coffee and caffinated tea, it becomes too much for your baby...

The irony is that all the caffiene in Coke is actually a diuretic which dehydrates you and makes you thirstier. Isn't that clever of the manufacturers? Hehe ;-) Maybe you should try and re-train your taste buds to enjoy something else - maybe try mineral water and fruit juice for example.

I've been drinking fresca. It has no caffiene, and is quite good.
