Cooking Sherry

My favorite food is chicken pepper stir fry, cooked with soy sauce and cooking sherry. can I still eat this?? I only use about 2 tablespoons of it and its 17.5 %????

oh my..that will be fine...i drink a glass of wine with dinner (or wine cooler) every other day or so and all my babies are fine

Cooking will burn off the alcohol in the sherry so don't worry :-)
