Peanuts

I know to avoid peanuts, but am i allowed to eat other kinds of nuts, such as almonds etc?

I Never knew we were supposed to be avoiding peanuts. I'll be seeing my Dr. today so I will ask him about it, that's for sure. I've been eating all nuts, and I love Brazil nuts.

All other nuts are ok to eat, just NO PEANUTS! Medical research shows a respective increse in allergies according to the amount of peanuts and peanut products consumed.
