Weak Liver

Previous to getting pregnant I have a weak liver, now at 12 weeks pregnant, i am worried about problems arising from my condition... does anyone have any information or experiences regarding liver function/ weakness during pregnancy and how to help boost or support it naturally... thanks heaps
