18 Weeks And Spotting

This is more my story, I was 12 weeks pregnant when i went to do my sonogram i was very happy, but the Doctors very cold gave a a bad news my sonograms were comming adnormal, there is a possibility that something was wrong with the chromose my baby was not growing. That day was very sad day, everything went fine until my 18 weeks I lost my baby boy in my home. How long it takes for the test ? I need to know what was the cause of death .

I had the tissue tested from my dnc due to a missed m/c and when i went back to the Dr for my follow up about 2 weeks later, he had the results.
