I am four days late on my period and I have light cramping in my abdomen and it doesnt really happen throughout the day it just happens when i lay down.... and its on both sides of my abdomen its really light and doesnt really bother me it jsut always there when im laying down. Is this normal?

have you taken a pregnancy test. i just tested positive 5 days past and had the same pains when i laid down.
i had an ultrasound today, it's a cyst that produces hormones when you are pregnant.
that may be what you have.
definately get a test and good luck.
