5 Weeks And No More Symptoms...

The only symptoms of pregnancy I've had so far are bloating and breast tenderness. Last night I had a TON of gas and diarhea. And then this morning I woke up and my breasts were no longer tender. Went to the docs this morning for a blood test for a baseline then back tomorrow for more so they can compare my levels. Has this happened to anyone else? This is freaking me out...
