I am 29 weeks pregnant and I am a server at Red Lobster. I have been having sharp pains in my butt cheek. Last year I broke my tail bone and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. It usually just hurts whenever I walk, and whenever I walk, I can feel my spine popping in my lower back. It is hard because my job is for me to walk for about 5 hours straight. HELP

does the pain go down in to your leg at all?
I have pain in my lower back that goes into butt and than down leg and the doc said it is sciatica, like a pinched nerver in my lower back, my guess is that is what it is if you have any pain in the back,

Go see a chiropractor, preferrably the kind that uses an activator instead of manual adjustments. Your lower back and hip sounds to be out of place. Pregnancy with the loosening of your joints can easily cause this to happen.
