Cant Sleep

Im only around 9 weeks pregnant, but I am already starting to not sleep well. Does it really start this soon? Is there anything I can do to help me sleep other than probably relaxing right before i go to bed.

Hi, I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I have the same issues, I heard that it can come from taking your prenatal pills at night. My doctor had me taking unisom sleeping tablets their safe for us. Hope this little bit of info helps!
