Dryness/Painfulness Around The Vaginal Area

I am 18 wks pregnant and have had a sharp pain that almost feels like I have taken a Tampon out that was very dry I had this pain one other time around 14 wks and had a bladder infection. I just saw my OB on Tues and my urine came back fine. He didnt do a pelvic exam and Im wondering if I should be worried or if this is a common thing that comes with pregnancy
