What are some early signs of pregnancy?

Ok..here's what I gather so far.

fatigue
cramps
bloating

How about neck pain in the real early stages, like a couple weeks along?

I had no signs a couple weeks along....a little cramping and a little bloating...it got worse this week. I am about 5 1/2 weeks along.

i'm not sure yet if i am in fact pregnant but i get fatigue, cramps, migraines, nausea, and neck pain as well. in the base of your neck like your head just wants to fall off your shoulders? very very annoying.
