Gas And Back Pain

I am not sure if its because of gas that my back hurts so much, its always on one side and if I sit for too long then it will start hurting bad!. At night I feel my stomach bubbling so bad and my bad immediately hurts in that one spot, it kills me all day. I dont know how to alleviate the gas that builds up in my stomach. Can you take gas x when youre pregnant or something?? I think I might be constipated a little as well can that contribute to me not being able to release any gas and it just building up?? I need help bad because I can not deal with this the whole pregnancy I can barely sleep at night because of the pain. I am 17 weeks 5 days.
