This is exactly what caused me to test during my first pregnancy. I wasn't having any other symptoms. I spent 4 days cramping without bleeding when AF was due. On the 5th day I finally broke down and took a test that came out positive.

i am in my first pregnancy, and the only symptoms i had was my breast were verry sore, cramping, little headaches. and sure enough i am pregnant. my best advise is taking a home test, i took four before i went to the hospital for one good luck
