Has Anyone Else Had This Pain?

I am 20 weeks pregnant and have started having menstrual like cramps and lower back pain for the last 48 hrs. No bleeding or leaking. I have been to the doctors and they checked the baby and monitored me for contractions and nothing was wrong. One doctor told me that it was round ligament pain, but why is it constant? It just wont go away! I am about at wits end. Had anyone else had these menstrual-like cramps around this time?

I am now 20 weeks pregnant and having the same cramps in lower stomach and lower back. I am having my first ultrasound on Thursday the 12th and was going to metion it to my doctor then. Please let me know if you have found anything out about these pains, and I will post what my doctor says.

I am having the same kind of pains but I am only about 6 weeks. No bleeding either. Just really painful menstrual like cramps. I don't have my first OB appointment until Feb. 1st.

I am now 31 weeks pregnant and I had the same thing around the same time. I freaked out, but my doctor said that it is just ligament or braxton hicks pain and did not seemed at all concerned about it. He basically just said that if I feel the cramping lay down for a few minutes and it should go away. He did make it clear that if there was any bleeding to contact him right away.
