You wouldn't be able to see the hearbeat through the stomach even at 5 months. You may have some problem with your hormones and this is why you're missing your period. I hope you're regularly seeing a gynocologist I saw that you said you're 21 so you need to call him/her. You honestly should have called a long time ago. You're probably more pregnant it's more than likely a hormone problem.
