Found out I was pregnant about 3 wks ago but had been having some pretty severe abdominal pains. Made an appt. and went to the Dr last week to make sure did not have an ectopic pregnancy. Did an US and Pregnancy was ok, and said pain was from a Large (+5cm) septated ovulation cyst. They did not seem too concerned and said it would eventually go away - just take Tylenol if needed and if start experiencing severe or worsening pain to go to the ER. Pain is not really getting worse, but also not getting any better. 500mg of Tylenol every few hours is not helping. Pain has been present now for about 3 week especially in the PM which is now effecting my sleep. Anything else I can do or take to get some relief and function? Am about 7-wks and this is my first pregnancy. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
