Pain In Left Side

I am having some bad pain in my left side. It is about level with my belly button. It feels like a really bad cramp and if i press on it it hurts worse. I dont want to move when it is hurting and hurts for like 2 hours. This has happened 2 times now in the past week. I just try to go to sleep. I am 17 weeks now.

I have had that same pain to, but i dont know if i am pregnant. I have all the symptoms, but neg test. I just feel pregnant!!!

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and my left side started hurting last night, I went to the doctor this morning and he said it was growing pains. My pain felt like when you go running and you get a cramp on your side.

I have a pain on my left side that feels sharp like someting is sticking in me. Also feel like a lump is on that side. I cannot lay on that side and that is the side a lay on most. It feels like something is there, because there is a big lump there. Sometimes I get that sharp on my right side also(can't lay on that sometimes either). Last night I pushed on my left side and I guess it move because I was able to lay on that side. Doctors say I am not pregnant so I do not know what it is.
