Pain/pressure?

I have been having a lot of cramping in my abdomen since 1 a.m. last night.. But then periodically I have gas... I havent eaten anything that will cause gas, so do uthink that I have a lot of pressure, which is causing it? I am 2-3 cm dialated and 70% effaced, but have been that way for 2-3 weeks now... Is that a sign maybe I will go soon (that Im dropping more??) or just sound like gas...Bc it still is bothering me at 8 a.m. but not severely..??????

If it's bugging you enough that you are reeaallyy uncomfortable, I'd call or go to labor and delivery just in case! Don't want a backseat birth!
