Placenta In The Front

I am just wondering my placenta is all in the front I am 29 weeks and I get a burning feeling inside my adomin all in the front could it be trouble do to the placenta and the tightness I feel like my stomach is ripping apart.

I am 20 weeks and my placenta is on the front of my uterus as well. It's quite interesting because if I keep my hands there, I can feel it pulsating. I don't have any pain though. You may be having pain because you are further along and your uterus is probably stretching.
